Footprint Promotions is proud to work to administer your online store!  We will work to update your store with new, on-trend fashion, and gear to fit your needs. We look forward to serving you!

All items featured within the online store are ordered from the brand factory and embellished using our in-house decorator as orders are placed, so most orders will take approximately 10 business days before they can be shipped out.  Please be aware that as stock levels change regularly, if an item is not readily available and we cannot ship it to you within the designated time, we will reach out via email with revised information.  If there are ever any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Footprint Promotions by phone at 425.408.0966 or email our team proteam@footprintpromotions.com, and one of our team members will get back to you right away.

Q:  How does shipping work?

All products are ordered and decorated once the order is placed.  In many cases, it will take approximately 10 business days to produce the product, and 1 - 2 days to arrive to the final delivery destination.  All orders will be shipped using the carrier selected on your order.

In all cases, tracking information will be sent out via email once the order is shipped, and the online portal will also be updated.

Q:  What if I need to return an item?

Footprint Promotions will stand by the products ordered and we are happy to help!  Please make sure to inspect your items when you receive them to ensure the garments are received as expected.  We will gladly exchange or refund any defective merchandise within 60 days of purchase.  For more information, please email us at proteam@footprintpromotions.com

Q:  What about extended sizes?

Within our catalog you will find that most categories go from Extra Small - 4XL or higher.  If there are additional sizes requested, or brands that may fit better than others, please make sure to reach out!  We have access to Men's Big and Tall options, along with Women's Plus Sizes.  We are always open to creating a robust and rounded program that fits most expectations.

Q:  What will my credit card statement show?

Please note that the credit card processing charge will show Footprint Promotions, Inc as the payee on your credit card statement..

Q:  Is my personal information protected?

Yes!  Footprint Promotions, Inc. undergoes yearly PCI compliance audits to keep your credit cards information protected, in addition to regular updates and compliance audits of our third party providers and gateways utilized.  Our entire Privacy Policy is located below for your convenience.
